The Nelwyn people are governed by a village council supervised by a prefect and overseen by the High Aldwin.
History[]
In Willow's village, Willow presented the baby Elora Danan at the village council after death dogs had attacked the village. Junn, the High Aldwin, consulted the bones for guidance, but when the they told him nothing, he relied on Willow's confession of love for the child to call for an expedition to return Elora Danan to the Daikini world.[1]
