A kindly old sorcerer
A sorcerer (female sorceress) was any individual who participated in the Great Mystery from birth and, as such, was trained to use sorcery.[1]
History[]
The terms magician and wizard were also used.[2] Those born with powers often began as mere performers of stage magic, aspiring to actually touch the infinite power of the Great Mystery by becoming true sorcerers. However, only a very few achieved this end.[1] Most sorcerers had eyes of uncommon depth and color.[2]
Following the ban on sorcery proclaimed by Queen Sorsha of Tir Asleen, the Nelwyn Willow Ufgood was thought to be the last sorcerer.[3]
