Allagash is a recurring character in the 2022 Disney+ television series, Willow. He is portrayed by Christian Slater.
Character history[]
Allagash was a former Knight of Galladoorn who fought alongside Madmartigan at Land's End and during the Arkreeshian Wars. Both Madmartigan and Allagash left Galladoorn to seek their fame and fortune.[1]
20 years later, Madmartigan tracked him down in a Hazelton brothel to ask him to join him for one more adventure and find the Kymerian Cuirass, along with Thraxus Boorman, Blaylock and Mookie. The group spent three years searching the world, finding vague clues and dead ends, all of which finally led them to the Dread Mines of Skellin and a hidden doorway deep within the mines. The doorway led to Wiggleheim's Tomb. While trying to enter the tomb the group was cornered by trolls. Allagash fought them off so Madmartigan could go in. They trolls were only interested in the legendary Madmartigan, so when they caught Allagash, he gave them Madmartigan’s name instead of his own so they'd stop looking for Madmartigan.[1]
Allagash spent 10 years in a crows cage in the mines of Skellin after being captured. When Willow Ufgood and Kit Tanthalos were captured by trolls while in the Wildwood, they were taken to the mines as prisoners and met Allagash. Allagash told Kit that Boorman had betrayed both of them and that Madmartigan went missing after entering a secret vault located in the prison mines. He convinced Kit to free him and both of them, along with Willow, escaped captivity and made their way to Wiggleheim’s tomb. Upon reaching the tomb, they came face-to-face with Boorman, Jade Claymore and Elora Danan. As expected, Allagash and Boorman fought, each calling the other a traitor. Kit broke up their fight and the group was able to enter the tomb and its treasure vault. Allagash and Boorman wrestled over the cuirass. Allagash won and disappeared with the cuirass and the Lux Arcana, disappointing the team. However, he returned when the trolls attacked them again and afterward informed the group that the cuirass wasn’t functional and did not protect him. He then gave the cuirass to Boorman. With more trolls on the way, he asked Kit and the others to leave, requesting Kit take care of Elora, while he fought the trolls so they could escape.[1]
Personality, appearance and traits[]
Madmartigan said Allagash was the only knight in Galladoorn that was dumber than he was. He was one of Madmartigan’s closest friends in their youth, and he regreted betraying his close friend, and sought redemption for his actions.[1]

During the scene in Prisoners of Skellin when Allagash, Willow, and Kit escape captivity in the dungeon of the mine, Allagash sings and skips down the passageway and falls on his butt. This was not scripted and was actually Christian Slater accidently falling while filming the scene.[2]
